The origin, grade and dimensions of every material we supply are known. Our quality policy rests on four principles:
- Certified supply: All coils are accepted with mill and quality certificates.
- Measurable tolerances: Thickness, width and length tolerances are stated in writing in the quote and checked before shipment.
- Traceability: Every bundle is labelled with coil number, grade, coating and dimensions.
- Continuous improvement: Customer feedback is recorded and reflected in our processes.
