Product group
Galvanized, pre-painted, tile-effect and floor deck trapezoidal sheets in all common profiles, cut to length and supplied from Adana, Türkiye.

Unpainted trapezoidal roofing and wall sheet roll-formed from hot-dip galvanized steel; 27/200, 38/151 and corrugated profiles, 0.40–0.70 mm, cut to length.

Trapezoidal roofing and wall sheet roll-formed from factory pre-painted galvanized steel in RAL colours; all common profiles including 27/200 and 38/151, cut to length.
Lightweight roofing formed from pre-painted galvanized steel to look like traditional roof tiles; supplied cut to length for houses, villas and prefabricated buildings.
High-rib galvanized trapezoidal sheet used as permanent formwork and tensile reinforcement in composite floors of steel buildings; 0.70–1.20 mm, cut to project lengths.
Wavy (sinusoidal) galvanized or pre-painted roofing and fencing sheet for barns, canopies, fences and temporary buildings, cut to length.
Trapezoidal sheet is galvanized or pre-painted steel roll-formed into a trapezoidal ribbed section, used for roofs and walls and also known as roofing sheet. The ribs increase the bending strength of thin steel so a light sheet can span between purlins. We supply all of the trapezoidal sheet types below.
| Type | Finish | Typical thickness | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Galvanized trapezoidal sheet | Unpainted zinc coating | 0.40–0.70 mm | Warehouses, barns, canopies, site buildings |
| Pre-painted trapezoidal sheet | Factory paint over zinc, RAL colours | 0.40–0.70 mm | Industrial roofs, facades, houses |
| Tile-effect trapezoidal sheet | Pre-painted, roof-tile look | 0.40–0.60 mm | Houses, villas, prefabricated roofs |
| Corrugated sheet | Galvanized or pre-painted, wavy section | 0.30–0.50 mm | Barns, canopies, fences |
| Composite floor deck sheet | Galvanized, deep ribs | 0.70–1.20 mm | Composite floors in steel buildings |
Profiles are named by rib height and rib pitch in mm. The most common roof and wall profile is 27/200. For industrial roofs with wide purlin spacing the higher-rib 38/151 is preferred. Wide-pitch profiles such as 34/250 and 40/245 cover more area per sheet and are mostly used on walls. Effective width is roughly 0.8–1.0 m depending on profile and manufacturer. See trapezoidal sheet sizes and profile types.
Thickness is set by purlin spacing and snow and wind loads. In practice walls typically use 0.40–0.50 mm, roofs 0.50–0.70 mm and load-bearing applications 0.80 mm or more; the structural design gives the final choice. Sheets are cut to length in one piece, most often 3, 4 or 6 m; see trapezoidal sheet sizes and lengths. Use the trapezoidal sheet weight calculator for weight and see screws and roof pitch for fixing.
Trapezoidal sheet is a single skin and does not insulate. For heated or cooled buildings a sandwich panel with an insulating core is more suitable.
Price depends on type, thickness, coating class and paint system, profile, sheet length, total quantity and delivery location. Because steel prices change often we do not publish a price list; current prices are given as a quote. We explain how prices are built and how to compare quotes in how steel sheet prices are set.
For a quote, send the type, thickness, colour, profile, sheet length and quantity (or roof dimensions) and delivery location. Request a trapezoidal sheet quote.
