About the product
Pre-painted galvanized steel is produced by applying primer and top coat over the zinc layer on a continuous factory line. Compared with on-site painting it offers more uniform thickness, better adhesion and longer colour life.
Choosing the paint system
- Polyester (PE): general purpose and economical; indoor and moderate outdoor exposure.
- SMP: silicone-modified polyester with better UV and colour stability.
- PVDF: for aggressive climates and architectural projects requiring long colour warranties.
Pre-painted steel prices
The price of pre-painted steel depends on thickness, paint system (PE, SMP, PVDF), colour, coil or sheet form and tonnage. Because steel and raw material prices change frequently, we do not publish a price list; current prices are given as a quote.
